The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched.
The following payments are accepted
Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and debit cards (Maestro and Visa Electron: please check with your bank to make sure your card is valid for online purchases). Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
You can choose to pay with credit card or your already registered PayPal account.

TAXES AND DUTIES
All countries within the European Union are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Countries outside of the European Union are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Grind London has a 14 day returns policy. To ensure order to create a pleasant shopping experience, Grind London has an easy return procedure.
If for any reason you want to exchange or return part of your order please e-mail email@example.com to request a return, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned items that are to be exchanged or refunded must be in as new condition.
Grind London does not cover the postage cost of returning your garment(s), however any subsequent item sent back to you as an exchange will be sent free of charge.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, PayPal account or as store credit. Refunds will be issued within 8 working days from the day we receive your order back. We do not refund the shipping charges applied to the original order.
- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition
- Make sure all products are exactly as you received them.
- We recommend items be returned by registered of recorded post, as we cannot be held liable for items not received.
- For exchanges please include note with your address and item you would like to exchange for.
We do not refund sale items. Sale items can be exchanged or a credit note given.
If an item is received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
All sales are charged in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). Please be aware your actual conversion rate will be set by your credit/debit card company and may differ from rates elsewhere.
Availability of goods and pricing
grindlondon.com will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the goods displayed are available, however it cannot 100% guarantee that any goods on the site are in stock or available.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on grindlondon.com are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found within 14 days of accepting your order, grindlondon.com will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury grindlondon.com liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. grindlondon.com shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if grindlondon.com has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
